HATHA YOGA FOR ALL
Sam offers friendly, approachable community classes for people of all abilities. Everyone is welcome, especially those who are new to yoga or who think it is not for them.
Her classes are fun, relaxed and inclusive and based on a hatha/ flow style. She will help you work towards a calm mind, a stronger, more flexible body and above all, a greater sense of wellbeing.
You don’t need to have done any yoga before - she will support you into moves that feel right for you.
