  • Lisa Newman

    CO-OWNER & CO-FOUNDER and TEACHER with Sussex School of Natural Therapies

    Lisa has been a therapist since 1996 with practices in Brighton and London. She is qualified in various complementary therapies including Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Body Massage and Indian Head Massage.

    She is a qualified teacher and has been teaching since 2005.

  • Sian Eaton

    CO-OWNER & OSTEOPATH

    Sian Eaton is a registered osteopath and has been working in private practice since 2004. Sian holds postgraduate qualifications in both women’s health and paediatrics and is considered a ‘Specialist Paediatric Osteopath’.

    She has worked in a number of settings, ranging from large multidisciplinary clinics to solo work which has refined her skills as an osteopath. She is experienced in treating a broad range of patients from babies through all decades to the elderly, using the approach that is best suited to the individual.

  • Sarah Matheson

    ACUPUNCTURIST

    Sarah is a classically trained Acupuncturist with over 25 years of experience working with patients. She has two busy practices in London & Hove and is dedicated to helping people return to good health and live to their fullest potential. She has a warm, welcoming and professional nature.

    Sarah is a full member of the British Federation of Acupuncture and the British Acupuncture Association and is fully insured. She also lectures on acupuncture in the UK and Europe and works as a supervisor for acupuncturists.

  • Laura Larman

    NATUROPATH, HERBALIST AND NUTRITIONIST

    Laura is both a nutritionist and herbalist who has worked in the health industry for over 15 years. Most of her clients are women wanting help with their hormones with period health, fertility, perimenopause and beyond. Laura also welcomes clients with other problems too be that with their skin, digestion, thyroid or mental health.   • Jo Shaw

    YOGA TEACHER

    Jo is a senior Vajrasati Yoga Teacher who completed her training in 2009 (Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Plus 500hrs).

    Jo's classes offer postural yoga at a slow pace, with plenty of opportunities for the breath to settle and the body to feel grounded and at ease. Everyone is invited to move at their speed within the range of movement available to them.

  • Rebecca Cameron

    BABY MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Rebecca is the founder of First Embrace Birth and baby, a mum of 2 children and is qualified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga, Baby Massage and Hypnobirthing. Rebecca offers a range of unique classes to support new and expectant parents throughout your positive journey from pregnancy to parent-hood.

  • Erika Bhatti

    PILATES TEACHER
    Erika has been practicing Pilates for nearly 20 years and in 2016 qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and has been teaching Pilates classes since. In October 2021 she qualified as UK Hypopressives Trainer Level 1. Hypopressives are all about retraining your core muscles to work as they were designed to. However, they can be particularly helpful to people who suffer from urinary incontinence, poor posture and back pain, sexual dysfunction or even severe pelvic prolapse.

    Erika's background in clinical massage and her knowledge of human body is being reflected in her Pilates classes. She teaches her clients the main principles of Pilates and correct alignment and techniques of individual exercises.

    THERAPIST

    Benita is an experienced Psychologist and Therapist. Her ‘Therapy for Change’ program uniquely suits the needs of clients who wish to achieve change or are dealing with unwanted changes. Reflective narrative therapy is supported by neurotransmitter analysis with supplements, self-soothing techniques and targeted goal setting.

  • Claudine Hull

    COUNSELLOR

    Claudine works as a counsellor with individuals and couples in my private practice in Hove. Claudine is an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor who believes that, given the right conditions, everyone is capable of making use of their own inner resources to enable personal growth, self-awareness and healing. Claudine believes the Humanistic approach enables counselling to be tailored to you using three different modalities of Person-Centred (PCT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt theories.

    She is a fully qualified registered counsellor having completed a BACP Accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. She is registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have a certificate in couples training (Couples Institute).

    Grace is a fully qualified reflexologist based in Hove. She is passionate about taking a spiritual approach to holistic therapies, and takes this angle to her application of reflexology, providing safe and relaxing treatments for all ages and backgrounds. As well as this, Grace has experience with repeat clients that aim for long and short term goals for both the mind and body, by way of helping people alleviate symptoms of stress and other physical ailments. Grace also chooses a plant-based and eco-friendly approach with regards to the products she uses, as this is in keeping with the natural energies of her treatments.     HOMEOPATHY, REFLEXOLOGY, MASSAGE & REIKI

    Tara is a qualified and insured homeopath, reflexologist, aromatherapy massage therapist and reiki practitioner working in Brighton & Hove. As a holistic therapist she is passionate about working with people who want to actively work towards improving their health. She has a degree in psychology from the University of Sussex and graduated from The South Downs School of Homeopathy. She has diplomas in reflexology and aromatherapy and is trained to level 2 in reiki.

  • Dandy Christofi

    NUTRITIONIST, FENG SHUI CONSULTANT and SHAMANIC HEALER

    Dandy qualified as a Nutritional Therapist at CNM College in 2018.

    For nearly twenty years Dandy has been training as a wellbeing consultant, studying Feng Shui at ‘The Lillian Too Institute of Feng Shui' Malaysia in 2003, attending years of in-depth training in shamanic energy medicine at the Light Body School and completing a progressive Course in Neuroscientific Brain/Heart Coherence.

    Dandy is passionate about bringing scientific knowledge and ancient wisdom together, to support her clients in healing their mind, body and spirit through personal empowerment and transformation.

    Emma is a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist with a degree in Human Biology and Psychology. After healing her own skin condition through nutrition and lifestyle interventions, she now specialises in helping others find their own root causes.

    As a client, Emma will work closely with you offering support and guidance at every turn. She is able to recommend and order a wide range of functional testing to help you understand your own body and trace imbalances. It is Emma’s passion to empower others to find their own way back to optimum health.

  • Sam Hart

    YOGA TEACHER
    Sam is passionate about yoga and the changes it can bring to people's lives. Yoga is for everyone and she believes it can help us move towards a stronger body, a calmer mind and great connection with our communities.

    She is an experienced teacher having worked in adult education for more than 20 years and she loves to watch people grow and develop in their practice.

    She teaches a flowing Hatha yoga and will guide you gently through traditional poses with some pauses as she supports you into poses that are right for your body.

    Sams classes include simple breathing techniques that you can use at any time to help you feel centred and balanced.

    Sam is a trustee of the Brighton Yoga Foundation, an organisation that works to make yoga accessible to everyone.

She is a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the British Society for Integrative Oncology, and lectures in nutrition to degree and postgraduate students.     Daniela is a Medical Herbalist, Naturopath and Massage Therapist specialized in Holistic and Sports Massage. She graduated at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and studied sports massage at Brighton Metropolitan College. She has been practicing for the past 15 years from a variety of settings ranging from her own studio to multidisciplinary, chiropractic and osteopathic clinics.
