Whether this is your first or subsequent pregnancy, this is the perfect class to take time out for you, to prepare your mind and body for your confident and positive birth, however you choose to birth your baby. This class is suitable for pregnant people only from 14 weeks of pregnancy, right through to your baby’s birthing day.
