TAI CHI

As we get older, we begin to slowly lose our balance. We need not accept this.

The ‘balance of tai chi’ 6-week course can alter your balance pathway, with Qigong exercises to harmonise your mind and body, with easy flowing movements which will give you a foundation your core will enjoy.

We also learn a challenging but nourishing tai chi exercise called ‘4-walls’, which once learnt can be used as a meditative workout just using a small area. Will give you energy, strength, balance and tranquillity.

There is always time for a little philosophy and a final meditation to ease you through the rest of your day.
